After everyone arrives at 3:00 we will display available books & then make the exchange. Please be prompt so that everyone has a chance to preview the available books. Temaikén BioParque

Spend the day with flamingos, monkeys and stingrays at Temaikén.

This state-of-the- art “biopark” (zoo, park and botanical garden) is ranked one of the best in the world! In addition to a broad swath of exotic birds and animals, it boasts an aquarium where sharks swoop overhead, and a bat enclave (where I’ve stayed transfixed for hours).

There is also a 360° movie, numerous places to sit and relax in the shade, plus many restaurants and kiosks for a sit-down meal or a quick bite.

Please RSVP as soon as possible as we are limited to 19 people total!!!

 

Also... since we are under obligation to pay for the van, please note that any cancellation or "no-show" will be liable for their portion of the transportation unless that seat can be filled. Hope you understand.

Recibimiento con totopos y salsas (Salsa picante roja, salsa picante verde, salsa pico de gallo, salsa de ricota, crema y cilantro)
Guacamole con totopos (Palta, con cebolla, tomate y cilantro) para compartir entre tres

Quesadillas (Tortillas de trigo rellenas de queso fundido) para compartir entre dos

Cerdo con salsa de chile ancho y naranjas (Carre de cerdo macerado en salsa de chile ancho, con guarnicion de croquetas de batatas y ensalada de zanahoria)

Chilaquiles (Una base Tortillas de Maiz frita, trozos de pollo cubierto con salsa verde suave o picante y queso fundido arriba.) esta opcion tambien puede ser vegetariana reemplazando el pollo por vegetales, arroz o frijoles.
